Refunds and Cancellations

• All services provided by Mystic Aura LK are final and non-refundable.
• Once a booking or purchase is confirmed, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Services
As our offerings are personalized and intangible in nature, all services are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Tarot readings
• Horoscope readings
• Psychic consultations
• Healing sessions
• Crystal-related services

Damaged or Defective Items
Mystic Aura LK does not currently sell physical items. If physical products are introduced in the future and arrive damaged or defective, we will update our policy to address returns or exchanges.

Processing Time for Future Policy Updates
If this policy is amended in the future to accommodate refunds or exchanges for specific circumstances, any updates will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the request.
